General account terms — review draft.

These Terms of Service govern registering for and using your Pure Lab account. “Pure Lab,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Pure Lab LLC. “You” means the account user or an organization that user is authorized to represent.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account. Use an email address you control and provide accurate registration information. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

When you select the agreement checkbox and submit registration, you accept these account terms. Opening, reading or closing this document does not select the checkbox or create an account.

2. Registration and account access

You may use the sign-in methods made available for your account. Registration may require verification or security checks. Where an enrollment schedule is displayed, new registration is subject to that schedule. Existing sign-in and recovery options remain separate.

An account does not guarantee access to every feature or offer. Additional conditions shown for an optional program or a later transaction apply to that program or transaction. These general account terms do not replace the conditions presented when you make a purchase.

3. Keeping your account secure

Protect your password, recovery messages and sign-in links. Do not use another person’s account, share access in a way that compromises security, impersonate someone, or submit false information. Keep your account email current so you can receive important service messages.

Sign out after using a shared device. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Never send your password in a support message.

4. Acceptable use

Use account features lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to carry out. Do not attempt to defeat security controls, access another person’s information, introduce malicious software, overwhelm the service with automated requests, or interfere with normal operation.

Permission to use an account does not transfer ownership of our name, logo, interface materials or other protected content. Any use beyond ordinary account access requires appropriate authorization from the rights holder.

5. Optional sign-in providers

If you choose an available social sign-in provider, review the permissions it requests and the conditions that apply to its service. Provider availability can change. A provider’s failure to authenticate you does not authorize bypassing our account checks. Use the other available sign-in or recovery options when needed.

6. Service messages and privacy

A registration, sign-in or recovery request may generate a related email or security notice. These messages are part of the requested account service. Acceptance of these terms does not by itself subscribe you to promotional text messages.

The Privacy Policy describes the processing of account information. Reading that notice or accepting these terms does not waive a privacy right provided by applicable law.

7. Availability and account restrictions

Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, a technical failure or a security investigation. We may limit or suspend account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse or protect the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

We do not promise continuous availability or that a recovery message will arrive within a particular time. If you receive an error reference, include it in your support request. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Stopping use and requesting changes

You may stop using your account at any time. This does not automatically delete its records. To request an account change or deletion, contact support using the details below. Some records may need to be retained for lawful purposes.

If these terms are revised, the updated agreement should be made available before you are asked to accept it. A revision does not silently alter conditions that governed a completed transaction. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Account privacy notice — review draft.

Pure Lab LLC (“Pure Lab,” “we,” “us”) processes information used for account registration, sign-in, recovery and support. This notice describes those activities and the choices available to you. It does not ask you to give up any privacy right.

1. Information used for account services

Account requests process the email address and password you submit, registration confirmations, selected sign-in options and any required anti-abuse response. Recovery requests use the supplied email address. If you contact support, we also receive the information in your message.

Technical information can include request times, browser and device details, network identifiers, request paths, security-check results and response status. Failed requests can generate a support reference and diagnostic context. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in account fields.

2. Why information is processed

We process information to create or authenticate an account, carry out recovery requests, maintain an authorized session, answer support questions and investigate failures or suspected misuse. Account credentials are used for the requested authentication and are not placed in page addresses.

The account software is designed to exclude passwords and reusable authentication secrets from its diagnostic records. Where diagnostic identifiers are hashed or sensitive values are redacted, those controls reduce exposure but do not guarantee that every record is anonymous.

3. Providers and disclosures

Hosting, account-platform, authentication, security and communication providers process information needed to provide their functions. A selected social sign-in provider handles its authentication interaction and returns the information authorized for sign-in. An enabled anti-abuse provider may process device, network and challenge information for security checks.

Authorized support personnel may review relevant request details when helping with an account issue. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect people or systems, or address a legal claim. Provider access should be limited to the applicable service or other lawful purpose.

4. Cookies and similar technology

Necessary cookies and temporary security records support account sessions, sign-in requests, recovery and abuse prevention. Browser settings that block required cookies or scripts may prevent these features from working. Optional provider features may use their own technology under their applicable notices.

Other optional website activities, such as marketing or analytics, require disclosures and choices that reflect the actual services enabled. This account notice is not a statement that no other technology operates on a website. Additional notices and preference controls, when applicable, remain relevant.

5. Messages and preferences

A request can result in an account confirmation, sign-in link, password-recovery email or security message. These are different from a marketing subscription. Use the unsubscribe or preference options supplied with any marketing service to manage promotional messages. Service messages needed for an account request may continue.

Opening or closing this notice does not subscribe you to marketing or change the registration checkbox.

6. Retention and protection

Temporary sign-in and security records expire according to their purpose. Account records, diagnostics, backups and infrastructure logs may have different retention periods. Records may need to remain available to support an account, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations or address a dispute. Contact us for information relevant to a particular record or deletion request.

Controls such as encrypted connections, request validation and restricted access help protect account processing. No system can promise absolute security. Keep your credentials and recovery links private and report suspected unauthorized use promptly.

7. Requests and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of information, or to exercise relevant opt-out, sensitive-data or appeal rights. Exceptions can apply. A request may require verification to protect your information, and an authorized representative may need to show authority to act for you.

Use the privacy contact below to explain your request. Include the email associated with your account where appropriate, but do not send your password or unnecessary identity documents. Exercising a privacy right does not waive other protections available under law.

8. Age, location and updates

Account registration is restricted to adults aged 21 or older. Contact us if information has been submitted by someone who is not eligible. Pure Lab operates in the United States; information may be processed there by us and our service providers.

This notice should be reviewed when account practices or providers change. The version made available for review must reflect the actual services in use, with any further notice or choices required by law.
